Teacher performance is a factor that underlies various activities in carrying out their duties as educators and instructors. Good teacher performance can improve the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process and improve the quality of graduates. But in fact, based on the results of the initial survey, there were indications of problems with teacher performance, in this case the performance of public elementary school teachers in Jambi City was not optimal as expected, so it was interesting and needed to be studied. The purpose of this study was to find efforts to improve teacher performance through increasing emotional intelligence, organizational culture, and supervision of principals on primary school teachers in Jambi City. This study uses a sequential expalanatory combination research method, namely in the first stage of the research carried out using quantitative methods through questionnaires and analyzed using regression and supported by statistical descriptions and in the second stage carried out with qualitative methods to deepen and expand the results of research through interviews, observation and documentation. After that, a SITOREM analysis was conducted to reduce recommendations and determine the order of priority indicators, both indicators that must be improved or maintained. The research population was PNS Teachers in SDN in Jambi City totaling 948. The study samples were 282 respondents determined by the Taro Yamane formula. Sampling is done by proportional random sampling.
