Peningkatan Kepuasan Kerja Melalui Pengembangan Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepribadian, Dana Motivasi Berprestasi (Studi Empirik Menggunakan Sequential Explanatory Methods Dan Analisis Sitorem Pada Dosen Akademik Kebidanan Di Provinsi Banten)
Job satisfaction is an important element in the achievement of educational goals to produce excellent quality and globally competitive graduates. The reported of lecturers’ job satisfaction is still not as expected, even though the lecturers who are satisfied with their work will do their best to provide the best for their organization and students. The purpose of this study was to make an effort to improve lecturer job satisfaction by researching the relationship of several variables with job satisfaction of lecturers, which are transformational leadership, personality and achievement motivation. This research uses explanatory sequential design. The population of this study was 145 midwefery lecturers, with a sample of 108 lecturers. Quantitative data were collected by questionnaires and statistical analysis were used regression correlation. The SITOREM analysis method is used to make recommendations and determine the priority sequence of improvements that need to be made. Qualitative data were collected by observation, in-depth interview, documents analysis and focus group discussion.The results of 108 lecturers of the Midwifery Academy in Banten showed that all variables were positively related to lecturer job satisfaction in a row according to the strength of the strongest correlation were achievement motivation (r= 0.819,ρ
