Peningkatan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Melalui Pengembangan Kepribadian, Komunikasi Interpersonal, dan Keadilan organisasional: Studi Empirik pada Guru SD IT di Kota Bogor Menggunakan Sequential Explanatory Design
As a most significant part and core section in educational organizations, teachers which shows optimum performance with extra ordinary achievement will be a key of organization success. Willingness to doing extra activities that are not directly related to reward system called OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior). The more higher OCB, the more opportunity for organization to achieve their goals. Unfortunetaley from innitial study, it was known that SDIT teachers in Bogor have a low OCB, therefore we need a study that can provide information on variables related to increasing OCB. The purpose of this study was to discover some effective efforts to increase teacher OCB by researching the relationship several variables related to increasing teacher’s OCB, which are are personality, interpersonal communication and organizational justice. This research uses sequential explanatory design. The population of this study was 289, with a sample of 168 teachers. Quantitative data were collected by questionnaires and statistical analysis used was regression correlation. The SITOREM analysis method is used to make recommendations and determine the priority sequence of improvements that need to be made. Qualitative data were collected by observation, in-depth interview, documents analysis and focus group discussion.
