Commitment is very typical of the conditions and environment that accompanies an individual. Individuals who are members of an organization will form a commitment to the organization in accordance with the common desires that are managed in such a way that it becomes an agreement that wants to be realized hand in hand. Commitment to the organization is influenced by various factors including organizational culture, self-efficacy and emotional intelligence which in this study are independent variables. To find out the strength of the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables both individually, in pairs and together, and also intended to increase commitment to the organization through increasing indicators of related variables, conducted research on a sample of permanent teachers of the foundation as many as 402 people selected in multistage sampling in 42 Private Vocational High Schools in the Tangerang City work area with a significance level of 0.05. This study uses the correlational method and SITOREM analysis. The conclusion obtained from the results of the study is that the greatest increase in commitment to the organization if it increases the indicators of emotional intelligence variables. The other conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between:1. Organizational culture with commitment to the organization with a correlation coefficient of ry1 = 0.410 (R = 16,800%) and regression equation Ŷ = 113 + 0.1552X1, 2. Self-efficacy with commitment to the organization with a correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.281 (R = 7,910% ) and the regression equation Ŷ = 95.54 + 0.269X2.3. Emotional intelligence with commitment to the organization with a correlation coefficient of ry3 = 0.4815 (R =23.180%) and the regression equation Ŷ = 68.840 + 0.519X3, 4. Organizational culture and self-efficacy together with commitment to the organization with a ry12 correlation coefficient = 0.466 (R = 21.700%) and regression equation Ŷ =81.690 + 0.285X1 + 0.123X2, 5. Organizational culture and emotional intelligence together with commitment to the organization correlation coefficient ry13 = 0,587 (R = 34.500%) and regression equation Ŷ = 44.36 + 0.258X1 + 0.459X3, 6. Self-efficacy and emotional intelligence together with commitment to the organization with a correlation coefficient ry23 = 0.527 (R = 27.700%) and regression equation Ŷ = 59.34 + 0.118X2 + 0.485X3, 7. Organizational culture, self-efficacy and emotional intelligence together with commitment to the organization with a correlation coefficient ry123 = 0.896 (R = 80.600%) and regression equation Ŷ = (-384.6) + (-5.13 ) X1 + 0.9453 X2 + 5.82 97 X3. And there are other factors of 19.400% which also relate to increasing commitment to the organization.
