PENINGKATAN KINERJA MELALUI PENGUATAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN MOTIVASI KERJA : Penelitian menggunakan Analisis Statistik Korelasional dan Analisis Sitorem pada Guru SMP Negeri se-Jakarta Selatan
This study aims to determine the relationship between independent variables: organizational culture, transformational leadership and work motivation both individually and together with the dependent variable, teacher performance. The sample selected amounted to 144 people with the criteria of experienced PNS teachers teaching 30 years and above by multistage proportional random sampling from teachers of Public Middle Schools in South Jakarta. This study used a survey method with a correlational approach followed by Sitorem's analysis. The results of this study conclude that: (1) there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance with a regression equation Ŷ = 51.54 + 0.68X1 with R = 62%, (2) there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership and teacher performance with equations regression Ŷ = 37.52 + 0.74X2 with R = 54%, (3) there is a positive relationship between work motivation and teacher performance with the regression equation Ŷ = 39.19 + 0.72 X3 with R = 54%, (4) there are a positive relationship between organizational culture and transformational leadership together with teacher performance with a regression equation Ŷ = 33.35 + 0.46X1 + 0.33X2 with R = 67%, (5) there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and work motivation together with the teacher's performance with the regression equation Ŷ = 31.93 + 0.46X1 + 0.34X3 with R = 68%, (6) there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership and work motivation together with teacher performance with the regression equationŶ = 20.33 + 0.44X2 + 0.43X3 with R = 64%, (7) there is a positive relationship between organizational culture, transformational leadership and work motivation together with teacher performance with the regression equation Ŷ = 23.45 + 0.36X1 + 0.23X2 + 0.27X3 with R = 70% and (8) there are other factors that also have a positive relationship to improve teacher performance by 30%.
