Peningkatan Kinerja melalui Penguatan Budaya Organisasi, Kepribadian dan Kepuasan Kerja menggunakan Analisis PATH dan Analisis Sitorem pada Guru MTs Swasta di Kabupaten Bogor
Education is an effort so that humans can develop their potential through the learning process. The involvement of teachers in the process is very important and requires commitment that is not easy with the limited available resources. Certain leadership styles are needed in changing and inspiring teachers to do something beyond their self-interest for the good of themselves and the institutions they lead. Teachers' beliefs about the ability to motivate themselves to successfully carry out their tasks, so that satisfaction in doing work can be achieved optimally. Therefore the study was conducted to determine the strengthening of Organizational Culture, Personality, and job satisfaction on improving teacher performance. The sample used in this study was 371 MTSS teachers in Bogor Regency. The results obtained in this study are organizational culture can improve teacher performance by 36.5%, personality an improve teacher performance by 18.5%, and job satisfaction can improve teacher performance by 34.5%, organizational culture can increase job satisfaction by 49.1%, Personality can increase job satisfaction by 46.2% and Organizational culture can improve personality by 92.8% The results of the SITOREM analysis of the existence of a group of indicators that are maintained or further developed, namely the drive to innovate, self-control, welfare, fulfillment of the important values of individuals and communication with students, thus satisfaction in work will be created so that teachers have obligations in their work and have motivation strong, selfless and full of dedication in carrying out their duties.
