Penguatan Kepuasan Kerja, Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Efikasi Diri untuk Meningkatkan Komitmen terhadap Profesi : Studi Empiris Menggunakan Analisis Jalur dan Analisis SITOREM pada Guru Honorer SEkolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri di Kecamatan Cirebon
Professional commitment among teachers is very important to achieving educational goals. Unfortunately, based on prelliminary research, professional commitment on Public Junior High School at Cirebon District was not as expected, therefore this issue is need to be studied. The population are all honorary public junior high school teachers at Cirebon. With Simple Random Sampling Technique and William G Cochran formula, the sample was 136 teachers. The research aim is to find ways to increase professional commitment of teachers through the development of models that can be used to strengthen transformational leadership, self-efficacy and job satisfaction. The research method uses path analysis to determine the strength of the influence of exogenous variables: transformational leadership, self-efficacy and job satisfaction, and professional commitment as an endogenous variable. The SITOREM analysis is used to optimize the improvement of indicators to strengthen the variables. This research concludes that all variables can increase teacher's professional commitment with percentage as follow: transformational leadership (2,56%), selfefficacy (16%), job satisfaction (6,25%). On the other hand, transformational leadership can increase teacher's job satisfaction (4,54%), self-efficacy can increase teacher's job satisfaction (20,3%), and transformational leadership can increase teacher's self-efficacy (29,1%). The result ofSITOREM analysis showed that indicators that are needed to maintain are: relationship with colleagues, emotion, feelings and strong teacher's affection for their needs, and have obligations in their work and have strong motivation without strings attached and full of dedication in carrying out their duties
