Peningkatan Kinerja Guru dengan Penguatan Kepribadian, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi Berprestasi (Survei dengan Analisis Korelasional dan SITOREM Guru SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi Provinsi Jambi)
Teacher performance is a very important element in achieving educational goals. The preliminary survey shows that the current performance of Muaro Jambi District High School teachers is not as expected, meaning that there is a gap between expectations and reality, therefore, teacher performance is interesting to study. This study aims to find efforts to improve teacher performance through strengthening personality, organizational culture, and achievement motivation, by identifying the strength of relationships between research variables. This research was conducted using empirical studies using correlational research and SITOREM analysis. The population of this study was all PNS teachers in state high schools in Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi Province, which consisted of 13 schools with a total of 333 PNS teachers with a sample of 182 teachers taken by proportional random sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed with correlation regression statistics and SITOREM. The results of this study concluded that there was a significant positive relationship between personality and teacher performance with the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.611 and the coefficient of determination ry12 = 0.3737 (37.37%) through the regression equation Ŷ = 49.196 + 0.711 X1. Thus it can be stated that the higher the personality, the higher the teacher's performance. There is a significant positive relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance with the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.616 and the coefficient of determination ry22 = 0.3791 (37.91%) through the regression equation Ŷ = 43.995 + 0.746 X2. Thus the higher the organizational culture, the higher the teacher's performance. There is a significant positive relationship between achievement motivation and teacher performance with the correlation coefficient ry3 = 0.441 and the coefficient of determination ry32 = 0.1943 (19.43%) through the regression equation Ŷ = 89.036 + 0.480 X3. Thus the higher the achievement motivation, the higher the teacher's performance. There is a significant positive relationship between personality and organizational culture together with teacher performance with the correlation coefficient ry12 = 0.637 and the coefficient of determination ry12 2 = 0.406 (40.60%) through the regression equation Ŷ = 37.797 + 0.366 X1 + 0.420 X2.
