Analisis Sequential Exploratory Organization Citizenship Behavior Guru PAUD di Kota Cirebon
Early Childhood Education Teachers become a very important part in the development of education. As a very first part of education in early childhood development, the behavior of PAUD teachers must reflect behavior that can improve the development and growth of early childhood. Voluntary behavior helps coworkers in carrying out work, maintaining relationships with fellow colleagues, having high dedication at work, being responsible, and sporting in carrying out tasks is urgently needed by PAUD teachers. Based on the preliminary survey, it is known that PAUD teachers in Cirebon City have a low Organization Citiizenship Behavior (OCB), therefore research is needed in order to find variables that can increase OCB. This study aims to find variables related to OCB, the relationship model and how strong the relationship of these variables is with OCB. This study uses a Mixed Sequential Exploratory Method which is the first study using qualitative methods after finding variables related to OCB then using quantitative methods to find out how strong the relationship is. The quantitative research data are then analyzed using the SITOREM method to set recommendations and determine the priority order for handling indicators that must be improved. The study population was 376 Non-formal PAUD teachers in Cirebon City, with the calculation of the Taro Yamane formula and a random sample of 196 teachers. The results of qualitative research found three variables related to OCB, namely organizational support variables, servant leadership variables, and job involvement variables. The results of quantitative research are (1) there is a relationship between organizational support and OCB (ryx1 = 0.492), (2) there is a relationship between servant leadership with OCB (ryx2 = 0.503), (3) there is a relationship between job involvement and OCB (ryx3 = 0.520 ). Based on the results of the SITOREM analysis, there are 16 indicators that need to be corrected in the following order of priority: (1) the importance of work for individuals, (2) clarity of work, (3) involvement works because they are interested/called by the goals to be achieved by the organization, ( 4) selfdevelopment oppurtunities (5) integrity, (6) accountability, (7) listening, (8) courage, (9) humility, (10) compassion, (11) the fairness that people show towards employees (12) eligibility of appreciation for employee contributions, (13) supportive supervision, (14) people’s care for employee welfare, (15) concientiouness, (16) sportsmanship. The rest are 3 indicators that are already good, so that only needs to be improved,namely (1) altruism, (2) courtesy, (3) civic virtue
