Dissertation entitled "Evaluasi Program Registrasi Tenaga Kesehatan Bidan Berdasarkan Uji Kompetensi Kebidanan". this study is an empirical study using the Cll'P method on alumni of the Midwifery Academy in Palembang. Based on a preliminary study the need for all Indonesian medical personnel in the range of 250 thousand midwives. With the required competency capacity as expected. However. this is inversely proportional to the current number of midwives who have exceeded capacity and have not yet reached the expected standard competencies. The success of midwife services is influenced by the knowledge. beliefs. understanding and perspective of midwives in the relationship or reciprocal relationship between humans or women, health (environment, midwifery services, behavior and heredity). The purpose of this study is to improve the implementation of the Midwife Registration Program based on a competency test by evaluating the implementation of the midwife health worker registration program based on a competency test on midwifery alumni in Palembang. the method in the following dissertation is CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data collection techniques with interviews to test the truth and stability of the data and complete the information obtained by observation and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner, and interpretation which continued, repeated and continuously until all the data and information needed was found. The results showed that the evaluation of the midwife health worker registration program based on the overall competency test of the midwife health worker registration program based on the competency test in the city of Palembang had been carried out according to procedure and' well. It is hoped that the midwife's health worker registration program will continue and be further improved.
