Peningkatan Perilaku Inovatif Dosen melalui Penguatan Pemberdayaan, Kepribadian, dan Efikasi Diri : penelitian kuantitatif dengan anlisis SEM dan SITOREM pada Dosen Tersertifikasi di Universitas Swasta Kota Bogor
Lecturers have a crucial role in the implementation of education in Higher Education. Lecturers are required to think creatively and act very innovative as a determinant of the quality of Higher Education in facing the industrial revolution 4.0. Lecturers with a high level of innovative behavior tend to have breakthroughs in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education to contribute significantly to the organization's progress. The purpose of this study is to find ways to improve innovative behavior through an in-depth analysis of the influence between the variables to provide implementation recommendations for related parties. This study consists of three endogenous variables: empowerment, self-efficacy, and innovative behavior, and one exogenous variable: personality. The population of the study was all certified lecturers at Bogor City Private University. The proportional random sampling technique is used in this esearch, and sample calculation is done with the Slovin formula to get 190 lecturers as the sample. Thus study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analize data by conducting two tests: measurement model evaluation and structural model evaluation. Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research in Education Management (SITOREM) is used to analysis to determine priority order indicators that need to be improved The evaluation results of the measurement model state that there are three invalid indicators, namely assertiveness, problem-solving skills, and indicators of recognition of problems. The results of the structural model evaluation showed a positive influence between: 1) empowerment towards innovative behavior (β = 0.189), 2) personality towards innovative behavior (β = 0.278), 3) efficacy of innovative behavior (β = 0.201), 4) empowerment towards self-efficacy (β = 0,153), 5) personality on self-efficacy (β = 0,680), 6) personality on empowerment (β = 0,375), 7) indirect effect of empowerment on lecturers innovative behavior through self-efficacy (β = 0.031) and 8) personality toward innovative behavior of lecturers through self-efficacy (β = 0.137). While the results of the SITOREM analysis show that three indicators need to be improved: the generation of ideas, the promotion of ideas, the application of ideas, and the provision of reward and punishment in working.
