Evaluasi Program Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Berbasis Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pengelolaan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di Kota Bogor
This program evaluation research aims to analyze the quality of services of PKK- based PAUD programs that are universal and comprehensive in the City of Bogor. This study uses a program evaluation method with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative. The instruments used were observation, interviews, field studies, and questionnaires. The study results concluded that there was not yet a maximum understanding of PAUD service policies that were universal and comprehensive. Even though it is not maximized, PKK-based program services integrated with Posyandu are
still can implement. The qualifications of PKK-based PAUD educators are the majority of high school graduates, especially core cadres, auxiliary, and picket cadres. Facilities and infrastructure need to adjust to the number of children, age, environment, and type of service, utilize the potential of existing resources from the environment, and not endanger children's health. The PKK-based PAUD program's monitoring and evaluation was not carried out optimally due to the lack of understanding ofP AUD substantially.
