Peningkatan Komitmen Terhadap Organisasi melalui Penguatan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, Teamwork, dan Organisasi Pembelajar: studi empirik menggunakan pendekatana korelasi dan analisis SITOREM pada guru tetap Yayasan SMA swasta di Kabupaten Bogor
Commitment organization is essential in improving teacher productivity and the success of teacher performance that significantly impacts to educational objectives. Teachers, as primary drivers, have an important role in teaching and learning activities to produce qualified learners. This research aims to find strategies to improve teachers organizational commitment by developing variables of work-life quality, teamwork, and learning organization. This study uses a correlation method and SITOREM analysis to determine priorities and recommendations for improvements that need to be made. The research population is all permanent private senior high school teachers in Bogor Regency. The Multistage proportional random sampling and the Slovin formula used to take 121 samples.
