Peningkatan Kinerja Guru Melalui Penguatan Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepribadian, Dan Motivasi Kerja: penelitian analisis jalur dan analisis Sitorem pada Guru SDN di Jakarta Timur (Improving Teacher Performance Through Strengthening Transformational Leadership, Personality, And Work Motivation (Path Analysis Research And Sitorem Analysis On Public Elementary School Teachers In East Jakarta))
This study aims to measure efforts to improve teacher performance through examining the direct influence of transformational leadership, personality, and work motivation variables. 170 people were selected as samples by proportional random sampling with the Slovin formula. The study used a survey method with a path analysis approach with SJTOREM analysis. The results of the study concluded that: (1) there is an effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance with a value of f3yl = 0.168, (2) There is a positive personality influence on teacher performance with a value of f)y2 = 0.494., (3) There is a positive influence of personality on teacher performance with value f)y3 = 0.200, (4) There is a positive transformational influence on work motivation with a value of 331 = 0.241. (5) there is a positive influence on work motivation with a value of /332 = 0.611, (6) there is a positive effect of transformational leadership on personality with a value offJ2 l = 0.677. The results of the SITO REM analysis show that the indicators are still weak and need to be improved; I) Openness, 2) Emotional stability 3) Listening to conscience, 4) Work 5) Exerting energy 6) Determining the direction of oneself in work, 7) Individual attention 8) Inspirational motivation, 9) Quality of work, JO) Quantity 11) Problem solving, 12) Effectiveness
