Peningkatan Kepuasan Kerja Melalui Penguatan Pemberdayaan, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kepribadian: studi empirik menggunakan analisis jalur dan analisis Sitorem pada guru Madrasah Aliyah Swasta di Kabuapten Tangerang
Job satisfaction is a phenomenon that cannot be ignored. Long-term oriented organizations are expected to constantly monitor job satisfaction, because job satisfaction affects important things related to the running of the organization. This study aims to find efforts to increase job satisfaction through efforts to see the influence of empowerment, organizational culture, and personality on private Madrasah Aliyah (MAS) teachers in Tangerang Regency. This study used a survey method with a path analysis approach followed by Sitorem 's analysis. The population of this study were all private Madras ah Aliyah teachers in Tangerang Regency who received Teacher Professional Allowances (TPG) totaling 139 teachers. The sample selected was 104 people by means of proportional random sampling. The results of this study concluded that: (1) There is a positive influence of empowerment on teacher job satisfaction with a value of pyl = 0.370., (2) There is a positive influence of organizational culture on teacher job satisfaction with a value of py2 = 0.273, (3) There is a positive influence. Personality towards teacher job satisfaction with a value of py3 = 0.181., (4) There is a positive influence of empowerment on teacher personality with a value of p31 =0.458, (5) There is a positive influence of organizational culture on teacher personality with a value of p32 = 0.362, (6)) There is a positive influence of empowerment on organizational culture with a value of p21 = 0.805. The results of the SJTOREM analysis of empowerment, organizational culture, and personality show indicators that need to be improved, namely: 1) Delegation of authority according to expertise, 2) Independence and flexibility in work activities, 3) Creativity and self-confidence in responding to changes, 4) Innovation in activities - learning activities, 5) individual responsibility, 6) a shared spirit, 7) having a broad interest in achievement, 8) being calm and not easily anxious, 9) openness to experiences I not closing, JO) opportunities to get promotion, 11) Fair wages, and 12) Security during work. While the indicators that need to be maintained are: 1) Emotional stability, 2) Freedom to make decisions, 3) Support from organizational leaders, 4) Cooperation throughout the organization, 5) Confidence to carry out tasks, 6) Harmonious relationships with colleagues, 7) Conditions profession.
