Peningkatan Komitmen terhadap Organisasi melalui Penguatan Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, dan Motivasi Berprestasi: studi empiris menggunakan pendekatan korelasional dan analisis Sitorem pada Guru SMPN berakreditasi A di Kota Bekasi
This study aims to find efforts to increase commitment to the organization by identifying the strength of the relationship between organizational culture, transformational leadership, achievement motivatior. and commitment to the organization. This study uses a survey method with a correlational approach with Sitorem's analysis using quantitative research methods reinforced by Sitorem's analysis to determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture variables, transformational leadership and achievement motivation with organizational commitment. The SITOREM method is used to determine the order of priority and recommendations for improvements that need to be done. The study population was 527 civil servant teachers at State Junior High Schools accredited A in Bekasi City. The research sample was 227 respondents who were determined by the Slovin formula. The results of quantitative research show (hat there is a positive and significant relationship between the three independent variables, namely organizational culture (XI), transformational leadership (X2) and achievement motivation (X3) with organizational commitment (Y) as the dependent variable. Hypothesis test results: (1) There is a Positive Relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment (ryl) = 0.417, (2) There is a Positive Relationship between Transformational Leadership and Commitment to the Organization (ry2) = 0.611, (3) There is a Positive Relationship between Achievement Motivation and Commitment to the Organization (ry3) = 0.548, (4) There is a Positive Relationship between Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership and Commitment to the Organization Together (ryl.2) = 627, (5) There is a Positive Relationship between Organizational Culture and Achievement Motivation with Commitment to Organizational Together (ryl.3) = 553, (6) There is a Positive Relationship between Transformational Leadership and Achievement Motivation with Commitment to the Organization Together (ry2.3) = 628, and (7) There is a Positive Relationship between Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership and Achievement Motivation with Commitment to the Organization Together- same (ryl.2.3) = 633.The results of the SITOREM analysis show that the indicators that need to be improved include: Giving attention to subordinates, self-development, subordinate study and career development, individual values, survival needs, rational needs, seriousness towards organizational achievement, and individual belief in responsibility for the organization. Other indicators are already in good condition and need to be maintained
