Management is a process to achieve the desired goals, management as a science, management is also universal and uses a scientific framework that is. To realize teacher competence, of course, through training that is in accordance with the needs of physics teachers. This study aims to analyze the factual model of physics teacher training management al MGMP Region II East Jakarta, develop a web-based physics teacher training management model and test the feasibility of the physics teacher training model. The method used is Research and Development (R&D), the product developed is a training management guide. The data sources are physics teachers at the Physics MGMP Region TT Fast Jakarta totaling 70 people in 92 high schools and vocational high schools. The research procedure starts from the preliminary study stage, the development stage, and the evaluation stage. Sources of data obtained from informants, documents, process activities and validators. Data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, while data analysis techniques use gain score test, quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. Model validation is carried out using expert judgment using the Delphi technique. The results of this study arc ( 1) the factual model of teacher training management has not been based on the shared needs of the organizers, participants and training instrnctors; (2) development of a teacher training management model by analyzing the integrated needs of teachers and training providers, developing training modules, applying training methods using the Experience learning cycle, and post evaluation follow-up; (3) The web-based teacher training management model is feasible to appiy. The validation from material academic experts, media and practitioners related to the training model and module is 89.2 and 93 with very good categories. The results of the reaction evaluation to measure respondents' responses to the quality of the training implementation were considered good with a total score of 1495. In the training evaluation there was a significant changen the ability of the trainees before and after the training as evidenced by the average score obtained by the trainees on the initial test was 66 48 and post test 92.04, with a difference of 25.56. The conclusion of this research is that the management of training preparation training modules that have been implemented (factual model) by physics teachers In MGMP Physics Region 11 East Jakarta, weaknesses are still found, so to overcome these weaknesses, researchers have developed a management model training based on the needs analysis of the training program. Yield product This research can be used asa guide by supervisors and school principals in conducting professional coaching and training of teachers in the preparation of school teaching materials.
