Peningkatan Kepuasan kerja melalui penguatan Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi interpersonal dan Pemberdayaan: study empirik menggunakan pendekatan korelasional dan analisis SITOREM pada guru Mata Pelajaran Honorer Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta di Kota Sukabumi
This study aims to find efforts that can overcome the problem of low job satisfaction by knowing the strength of the variables that are thought to affect job satisfaction, namely organizational culture, interpersonal communication and empowerment, either individually or collectively. The population are all 378 honorary private Tsanawiyah Madrasah teachers in Sukabumi with a random sampling technique and Slavin formula in determining the number of samples, 194 samples were obtained.
