Peningkatan kepuasan kerja Melalui penguatan kepemimpinan Situasional, Budaya Organisasi dan kebutuhan Berprestasi: studi empiris menggunakan penelitian korelasional dan analisis sitorem pad guru SMP swasta di Jakarta selatan (Increasing Job Satisfaction Through Strengthening Situational Leadership, Organizational Culture, And The Need For Achievement:Empirical Study On Private Junior High School Teachers In South Jakarta)
Teacher job satisfaction is a reflection of a teacher's attitude and feelings towards his job in teaching and learning activities at school. Satisfaction shows how the level of supervisor's ability to achieve results, especially in terms of quality and quantity. Based on the above background, the purpose of this research is to produce ways and strategies to increase teacher job satisfaction through the identification of the strengths of the relationship between situational leadership, organizational culture, and achievement needs with job satisfaction of private junior high school teachers in South Jakarta. This research uses a combination research method between Correlational Research and SITOREM Analysis. The population of this research is the Permanent Teachers of the A-Accredited Private Junior High School Foundation in South Jakarta, totaling 418 people. The research sample of 205 respondents was determined using the Taro Yamane formula, selectedusing the proportional random sampling method. . The results show that there is .a positive and very significant relationship between situationai leadership and job satisfaction with a correlation coefficient (ryl) = 0.701 (strong), there is a positive and very significant relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction with a correlation coefficient (ry2) = 0.721, there is a significant relationship positive and very significant between the need for achievement with job satisfaction with a correlation coefficient (ry3) = 0. 700. This means that teacher job satisfaction in schools can be increased through strengthening the variables of situational leadership, organizational culture, and need for achievement. The results of the SlTOREM analysis of situational leadership, organizational - culture, achievement needs and teacher jobĀ· satisfaction indicate thai the priority recommendations for improvement are: attention to detail, innovation and risk taking, stability, team orientation, leader instruction style, leader consulting style, leader delegation style, task completion responsibilities, rational goals, feedback, promotion opportunities, remuneration, supervision, job performance, and security. While the order of priority is maintained, namely: leader's participation style, working conditions, aggressiveness, relationships with colleagues, people orientation, co-workers who are in tune, results orientation, quality of appearance
