Peningkatan Keinovatifan melalui Penguatan Knowledge Management, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, dan Kepribadian (Studi Empirik Menggunakan Metode Kuantitatif dan Analisis SITOREM pada Guru PNS Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kota Bogor) /(Increasing Innovativeness Through Knowledge Management, Transformational Leadership And Personality Reinforcement)
The study is aimed at producing the way and strategy to improve teacher innovativeness towards the effort of identifying the strength of independent variables, knowledge management, transformational leadership and personality, either individually or together with the dependent variable, namely teacher innovativeness. This study applies the combination research method between correlational research and SITOREM analysis. The flow of this combined research methodology uses a correlational research flow which is analyzed using SITOREM analysis. Correlational Research and SITOREM Analysis is a combination research method that combines correlational research methods whose results are strengthened by using SITOREM Analysis. Through SITOREM Analysis, the results of correlational research are analyzed in more detail on the indicators of research variables, so as to find indicators that need to be corrected and maintained or developed immediately. The population of this study were all certified civil servant teachers in elementary school. There are 211 schools in Bogor City with 1684 certified civil servant teachers spread across six (6) sub-districts in Bogor City. The calculation of the population that will be sampled uses multystage proportional random sampling. Determination of the number of samples in this study uses the Slovin formula with a total sample of 271 people. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results shows that there is a positive and very significant relationship between knowledge management, transformational leadership, and personality together with the innovativeness of teachers with a correlation coefficient of ryr» = 0.652 with a strong relationship category. It means that the strengthening of management knowledge, transformational leadership and personality can improve teacher's innovativeness
