Peningkatan Keinovatifan Guru Melalui Penguatan Motivasi Berprestasi, Kerjasama Kelompok, dan Iklim Organisasi (Penelitian Analisis Korelasional dan Analisis SITOREM pada Guru SMA Swasta di Kota Depok (Increasing Teacher Innovativeness Through Strengthening Achievement Motivation, Teamwork, And Organizational Climate)
This study aims to find new ways and strategies to increase teacher innovativeness by examining other variables that are positively related to teacher innovation. The variables are achievement motivation, group cooperation, and organizational climate. The new ways and strategies in increasing teacher innovation found are then used as recommendations to related parties, namely the Head of the Education Office, School Supervisors, School Principals, and Teachers. The selected sample amounted to 127 people through multistage random sampling using the Slovin formula. This study uses a Quantitative Research Method with Correlational Analysis modeling and continued with SITOREM analysis. The results of this study conclude that: (1) There is a direct positive relationship between achievement motivation and teacher innovativeness with a ryl value= 0.301, (2) There is a direct positive relationship between group cooperation and teacher innovation with a ry2 value= 0.377, (3) There is a direct relationship There is a positive relationship between organizational climate and teacher innovation with a value ofry3 = 0.426, (4) There is a positive direct relationship between achievement motivation and group collaboration with teacher innovation with a value of ryl2 = 0.476, (5) There is a direct positive relationship between achievement motivation and organizational climate with innovativeness teachers with a value of ryl3 = 0.488, (6) There is a direct positive relationship between group collaboration and organizational climate with teacher innovation with a value of ry23 = 0.511, (7) There is a direct positive relationship between achievement motivation, group cooperation, and organizational climate with teacher innovativeness with value ry123 = 0.565. The results of the SIT OREM analysis show that indicators that are still weak and need to be improved are: 1) Appreciation, 2) Support System, 3) Seriousness in acting, 4) Passion for new things, 5) Desire to achieve targets, 6) Process innovation (implementing development), 7) Service Innovation (providing services).
