Peningkatan Keinovatifan Melalui Penguatan Knowledge Management, Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Self- Efficacy (Studi Empiris Menggunakan Metode Kuantitatif dan Analisis SITOREM pada Widyaiswara Lembaga Diklat Pemerintah di Kabupaten Bogor)
Era 4. 0 brought about the impact of changes in all aspects, including individuals who carry out duties as widyaiswara who must improve their achievements and abilities. This problem occurs because there are still many widyaiswaras who have not maximized the obstacles, therefore it is necessary to increase and strengthen the widyaiswara's duties. This study aims to find concrete steps or efforts that can be taken as a strategy to increase widyaiswara innovation which will be recommended at Education and Training Institutions in Bogor Regency by examining the relationship between Knowledge Management, Situational Leadership and Self Efficacy with Widyaiswara Innovation. The sample is 127 of the total population of 186 widyaiswara in 13 educational and training institutions. Data collected by questionnaire and analyzed using correlation analysis techniques and SITO REM The results showed that there was a positive and very significant relationship between innovation and knowledge management variables (ry: =0.621 and ry/ =0.386), leadership situation management (ry. = 0.611 and ry/ =0.373), and Self-efficacy Management (ry: = 0.560 and ry/ ). = 0.314), this research can be said that strengthening knowledge management, situational leadership, and self-efficacy can increase widyaiswara innovation. Based on the results of the SITOREM analysis, there are 21 indicators that need to be improved and 3 indicators that are sufficient to be developed or developed
