Upaya Peningkatan Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan di Kelompok Kerja Guru Madrasah Sekota Cilegon melalui Evaluasi Program Menggunakan Model CIPP
Madrasah teachers are an important aspect that has an important role in the success of madrasah education. Continuing Professional Development ("PKB") is competency development carried out by teachers according to need, gradually, and continuously so that they can improve their professionalism. PKB for teachers is a requirement by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 Year 2003 on the National Education System, Regulation of the Minister of State for Empowerment of State
pparatus and Bureaucratic Reform Number 16 of 2009 on Teacher Functional Positions and Credit Scores further strengthen the implementation of the PKB program'). The Ministry of Religion issued a regulation for Madrasah teachers, namely the Regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Number 38 of 20 18 concerning the Continuous Professional Development of Teachers. This study wa') compiled using a qualitative method, an evaluation approach with the CIPP model developed by Stuj}7e Beam (comprehensive, holistic, systemic, and systematic). This model was chosen in order to getbetter results. The results showed that based on the evaluation of the context component in policy formulation, achieving goals, setting targets, the teacher PKB program was very good, and still being maintained The results of the evaluation of the input components regarding the assessment of the preparation of program activities includes: activity planning, mechanism procedures, organizational structure, monitoring and quality assurance, organizational structure, facilitators and resource persons, infrastructure facilities and budget support for program activities show the majority in the "good" category and can still be maintained The results of the evaluation of the process component regarding the evaluation of the implementation of program activities concerning: program implementation/implementation of activity planning, learning process procedures, evaluation monitoring and quality assurance, showed that the majority were in the "good and can still be maintained" category outputs, outcomes show the majority in the "good" category and there needs to be attention and improvement on hard skills results and outcomes in continuous professional development programs. The study concluded that the PKB Guru program the working group ofMadrasah teachers in Cilegon City are recommended to continue by realizing the criteria that have not been achieved The results of this CIPP research are also strengthened by the results of the CIPP research where the success of the sustainable professional development program does not only aim at achieving the program but more than that, namely thefulfillment of sustainable professional development through working groups that are carried out continuously so that human resources and madrasa teacher competencies increase by empowering working groups.
