Peningkatan Engagement Melalui Penguatan kepemimpinan melayani, Motivasi Berprestasi, dan Knowledge Management: studi empiris menggunakan analisis korelasional dan SITOREM pada Guru SMP Swasta di Kota Bogor
The achievement of goals that are in accordance with the competence of human resources in the field of education or teachers will determine success in learning. As a form of pride for teachers for schools, teachers do not only work, but side with the school and continue to maintain pride in the school. Pride as a teacher in a school will increase the productivity and quality of teachers which will have an impact on the quality of school services to the stakeholders of the school itself. This study aims to find out what can be done to increase the engagement of private junior high school teachers in Bogor City by examining the variables that are directly related to engagement. The method used is correlational with a survey technique of 119 respondents. The research design and constellation using correlational research flow are then analyzed using Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research in Education Management (SITOREM) analysis. This study proves that there is a relationship between teacher engagement and servant leadership, achievement motivation, and knowledge management.
