Peningkatan Kinerja Perawat Melalui Penguatan Efektivitas Pelatihan Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS), Teamwork dan Kepemimpinan Melayani Kepala Ruangan (Studi Empiris Menggunakan Sequential Explanatory Methods dan Analisis Sitorem pada Perawat PNS RSUD di Kota Jakarta Barat Provinsi DKI Jakarta)
Nurse performance is a nurse's activity in implementing as well as possible an authority, duty and responsibility in the context of achieving the goals of the profession's main tasks and the realization of organizational unit goals and objectives. Nurse performance is actually the same as work performance in the company. Nurses want to measure their performance based on objective standards that are open and communicable. If nurses are cared for and rewarded with superior rewards, they will be more motivated to achieve higher levels of achievement. However, based on preliminary survey data, it shows that the performance of nurses in West Jakarta Public Hospital, DKI Jakarta Province is still relatively low. This makes researchers interested in producing new ways and strategies that can be practiced to improve nurse performance by identifying and developing variables that influence it, namely the effectiveness of BTCLS training, teamwork, and service leadership. The population of this study were ASN nurses at Regional Hospitals (RSUD) in the city of West Jakarta totaling 597 people from 4 hospitals. The sampling technique used is a random sampling technique (proportional random sampling). Samples were taken using the Slovin formula with a sampling error rate of 5%. The results of the calculation of the number of samples are 239 people. The research method uses quantitative methods with SITOREM analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and very significant relationship between the effectiveness of BTCLS training and the performance of nurses with a correlation coefficient (ry1) of 0.715 (very strong), there was a positive and very significant relationship between teamwork and nurse performance with a correlation coefficient of ry2 0.822 (very strong), there is a positive and very significant relationship between service leadership and nurse performance with a correlation coefficient ry3 of 0.674 (very strong). This means that the productivity of nurses' performance at the West Jakarta Hospital can be increased through strengthening the effectiveness of BTCLS training variables, teamwork, and serving leadership. Based on the SITOREM analysis of the three research variables, it is known that there are eleven indicators that need to be improved immediately to improve the performance of nurses based on the priority scale, namely 1. The variable of BTCLS training effectiveness (X1) with indicators for formulating training objectives, identifying training needs, training program design, assessment and evaluation training and planning of training implementation, 2. Teamwork variable (X2) with indicators of effective communication, trust in groups, and group cohesiveness, 3. Service leadership variable (X3) with indicators of serving and paying attention. and from the nurse's performance variable, namely the quality of service to the environment. The indicators that are already good and need to be maintained are commitment to the progress of others caring, listening, tolerance, quality of work, quantity of work and attendance and results of supervision.
