Penguatan Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Iklim Organisasi dan Trust dalam Upaya Peningkatan Kepuasan Kerja (Studi Empirik Menggunakan Path Analisis dan Analisis Sitorem pada Guru SMP Negeri Jakarta Selatan)
This research aims to produce Strategies and Ways to improve Teacher Job Satisfaction by examining the influence of other Variables on Job Satisfaction. Other variables are: Transformational Leadership, Climate Organization and Trust. The selected sample amounted to 280 people proportionally random sampling in 10 sub-districts, followed by proportional random sampling in 66 schools with the formula William G Cochran. This research uses survey methods with a path analysis approach with continued SITOREM analysis. The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) There is a positive influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction with a value of β y1 =0.239, (2) There is a positive influence of the organizational climate on job satisfaction with a value of β y2 = 0.200, (3) There is a positive influence of trust on job satisfaction with a value of β y3 = 0.462, (4) There is a positive influence of transformational leadership on trusts with a value of β 31 =0.357, (5) There is a positive influence of the organizational climate on trusts with a value of β 32 = 0.450, (6) There is a positive influence of transformational leadership on the organizational climate with a value of β 21 = 0.648, (7) There is an indirect positive influence of the transformational leadership on job satisfaction through trusts with a value of β y31 = 0.4095, (8) There is an indirect positive influence of the organizational climate on job satisfaction through trusts with a value of β y32 = 0.456, (9) There is an Indirect positive influence of the transformational leadership towards job satisfaction through the organizational climate with a value of β y21 = 0.424. The results of the SITOREM analysis show that the indictors that are still weak and need to be improved are: 1) Honesty and Responsibility, 2) Be cooperative and cooperate with the team, 3) Good working relationships in groups, 4) Confidence in abilities and strengths, 5) Readiness to accept risks, 6) Accompany subordinates to foster opportunities, 7) Charismatic, 8) Organizational appreciation for the achievements of its members 9) Support and respect for the organization towards its members, 10) Worker support for intellectual interests, 11) Organizational appreciation of conformity and established order to complete tasks, 12) Work environment encouragement to task effectiveness, 13) Rewards, 14) Career development, 15) Open communication of subordinates and superiors, 16) Teamwork/work team and 17) Environmental Situations.
