encourage the achievement of increasing teacher perfo
rmance. This study aims to determine the effect of
transformational leadership, pedagogical competence, and achievement motivation on improving teacher
performance in Private Junior High Schools in the City of Depok. This research is a study Sequential
Exp
lanatory using a combination of research methods (mixed method)) begins with the quantitative research
phase and is followed by qualitative research. The results showed that transformational leadership had an
effect on teacher performance 52.3 %, pedagogi
cal competence affected teacher performance 30.3 %, and
achievement motivation had an impact 51.3 % on teacher performance. These three variables, if combined,
will have as much influence 59.1 % on teacher performance. Further, SITOREM (Scientific Identif
ication
Theory for Operational Research in Education) is performed to determine the area of improvement for the
respective schools
