Peningkatan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Dengan Pengembangan Kepemimpinan Melayani, Efikasi Diri Dan Kepercayaan
OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) of teachers plays an important role in educational management, but in facts show that teacher OCB still need to be improved. This researchgoal to find efforts to improve teacher OCB through the search for a positive and significant correlation between servant leadership, organizational trust, and self-efficacy as the independent variable with teacher OCB as the dependent variable. The research was conducted at SMPN Bogor Regency with a sample of 243 through the Mix Method Sequential Explanatory and SITOREM.
