Peningkatan Kinerja Guru SMP Melalui Penguatan Kepemimpinan Visioner, Organisasi Pembelajaran, dan Komitmen Terhadap Organisasi ( Studi Empiris Menggunakan Pendekatan Korelasional dan Analisis SITOREM Pada Guru SMP Negeri di Kota Cirebon )
This study aims to find new ways and stratigies to improve teacher performance by examining variabel related to performance. The variables studied were visionary leadership, learning organization, commitment to the organization. The new ways and strategies to improve teacher performance were found to be used us recommendations to stakehoders, namely the education office. School Supervisors, Principals and teacher. 251 samples were selected using simple rendom sampling using the slovin formula. This study used the Quantitative Research method with Correlational Analysis modeling and continued with SITOREM analysis. The results of this study conclude 1. There is a positive direct relationship between perfomance and visionary leadership with a value of r2y1= 0,229, 2. There is a positive direct relationship between performance and learning organizations r2y2=0,296, 3There is a positive direct relationship between performance and commitment to the organization r2y3=0,394, 4. There is a direct positive relationship between performance and visionary leadership, learning organizations r2y12=0,400, 5 There is a direct positive relationship between performance with visionary leadership and commitmen to the organization r2y13=0,482,, 6. There is a direct positive relationship between performence and learning organization, commitmen to the organization r2y23=0,490, 7. There is a direct positive relationship between performance and visionary leadership, learning organization, commitment to the organization r2y123=0,546. The results of the SITOREM analysis show that the indicators that are still weak and need to be improved are 1. Willingness to contribute extra for the progrees of the organization. 2.Willingnes to participate in organization activities, 3. Loyalty to the organization for moral reasons, 4. Awareness of no opportunity to work outside the organization, 5. Feeling indebted to the organization, 6. Identification of the organization, 7. Awareness of no opportunity to work outside the organization, 8. Development of constuctive mental model, 9.Formulating a vision, 10. Incerasing work performance (progress and improvement of work result). 11. Efficiency (Utilization of resources in achieving work results). 12. Quality of work (adequacy of quantity according to standards. 13. Effectiveness (achievement of work goals). 14. Quality (completeness quality, accuracy, compilance with standards).
