Peningkatan Kinerja Guru Melalui Penguatan Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, dan Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja ( Studi Menggunakan Analisis Korelasi dan Analisis SITOREM pada Guru SD Negeri Terakreditasi "A" di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan )
Teachers must be able to adapt to existing developments so that students have superior competencies that are able to compete with other nations. Optimization of teacher performance must continue to be encouraged to achieve these goals. Teacher performance must continue to be optimized so that the quality of education continues to improve. This study aims to identify and find efforts to improve teacher performance through strengthening aspects of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work-life balance by examining the strength of the relationship between these variabels. This study uses quantitative research methods with correlational analysis. To perform optimization, each indicator is weighted using SITOREM ("Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research in Education Management") analysis. The affordable population in this study were 472 public elementary school teachers in South Jakarta which were calculated using multistage proportional random sampeling. While the sampele size is 217 teachers, which is calculated using the Slovin formula.
