Peningkatan Komitmen Terhadap Profesi Melalui Penguatan Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepribadian, Dan Trust
This study aims to find solutions in increasing commitment to the profession by identifying the strength of the relationship between transformational leadership, personality, and trust with commitment to the profession. The research, which was conducted at a private high school in East Jakarta, used a survey method with a correlational and sitorem analysis approach. The number of samples in this study were 116 honorary teachers, which were taken using the multi stage proportional random sampling technique and the determination of the number of samples using the Taro Yamane formula. The correlational calculations in non parametric statistical test of this study were carries out using the Spearman Rho formula and obtaines a correlation coefficient 0f 0.303 for the relationship between transformational leadership with commitment to the profession, 0.439
or the relationship between personality with commitment to the profession, 0.323 for the relationship between trust with commitment to the profession, 0.405 for the relationship between transformational leadership and personality together with commitment to the profession, 0.347 for the relationship between transformational leadership and trust together with commitment to the profession, 0.412 for the relationship between personality and trust together with commitment to the profession, 0.401 for the relationship between transformational leadership, personality and trust together with commitment to the profession. The results of sitorem assessment carried out by the expert reveales that there were 10 indicators of related variables that became priorities for improvement, and 14 priority indicators that could be maintained or developed. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership, personality, and trust with commitment to the profession, both collectively and individually, so that increasing commitment to the profession can be done through strengthening transformational leadership, personality, and trust.
