Peningkatan Kinerja Melalui Penguatan Pemberdayaan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kreativitas dan Trust (Penelitian Analisis Jalur dan Analisis SITOREM pada Guru SMA Swasta di Kota Bogor)
This study aims to determine the efforts to improve performance through a study of the direct influence of the variables of empowerment, transformational leadership, creativity, and trust. The selected sample amounted to 207 people using stratified proportional random sampling with the Cochran formula. This study uses a survey method with a path analysis approach followed by Sitorem analysis. The results of this study conclude that: (1) There is a direct influence of empowerment on teacher performance with a value of z1 = 0.342., (2) There is a direct influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance with a value of z2 = 0.126., (3) There is a direct influence of innovation on performance teachers with a value of z3 = 0.352., (4) There is a direct influence on teacher performance with a value of z4 = 0.175., (5) There is a direct influence of empowerment on creativity with a value of y11 = 0.229., (6) There is a direct influence of transformational leadership on creativity with a value of y12 = 0.448., (7) There is a direct influence of empowerment on trust with a value of y21 = 0.159., (8) There is a direct influence of transformational leadership on trust with a value of y22 = 0.212, (9) There is an indirect effect of empowerment on performance through creativity with zy1x1 = 0,080. (10) There is an indirect effect of transformational leadership on performance through creativity with a value of zy1x2 = 0,157. (11) There is an indirect effect of empowerment on performance through trust with zy2x1 = 0,027. (12) There is an indirect effect of transformational leadership on performance through trust with a value of zy2x2 = 0,037. The results of the SITOREM analysis show that the indicators that are still weak and need to be improved are; 1) competency development, 2) organizational support, 3) communication between subordinates and superiors, 4) flexibility in work. 4) ideal influence, 5) inspiring motivation, 6) intellectual stimulation, 7) individual attention, 8) flexible thinking, 9) rational thinking, 10) awakening, 11) partnership strength, 12) ready to accept risk and 13) trust in expertise which is owned.
