Teacher performance is essential in developing the quality of learning which is expected to have a positive impact on the quality of school graduates in particular and the quality of education management in general. Existing phenomenon, the performance of teachers is not as expected. The teacher has not carried out the basic tasks and functions well, so that they have an impact on performance. The purpose of this study is to find efforts to improve the performance of private junior high school teachers in Bogor through developing the principles supervision, empowerment and work discipline. These efforts are carried out through identification of the forces between these variables\ This research is a combination study using a correlational approach and SITOREM Analysis. Correlational statistical methods are used to determine whether the principal supervision, empowerment and work discipline variables have a positive relationship with teacher performance. The SITOREM analysis is used to determine the order of priorities and the recommendations for improvement of the indicators needed The results of a study of 189 Private Junior High Schools in Bogor showed that all variables were positively related to teacher performance.
