PENINGKATAN KINERJA MELALUI PENGEMBANGAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL DAN KEPRIBADIAN (Studi Empirik menggunakan Pendekatan Korelasional dan Analisis SITOREM pada Guru ASN Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Kabupaten Bogor)
Teacher performance is essential in developing the quality of learning which is expected to have a positive impact on the quality of school graduates in particular and the quality of education management in general. The existing phenomenon, teacher performance is not as expected. Teachers have not carried out their main duties and functions properly, therefore those have impacted on their performance. The aim of this study was to find out efforts to improve the performance of teachers as State Civil Administration Servant (ASN = Aparatur Sipil Negara) at State Madrasah Aliyah in Bogor Regency through research on the variables of Transformational Leadership, Interpersonal Communication and Personality, namely by identifying, analyzing and developing the strengths of the relationship between variables. This research was a combination research using a correlational approach and SITOREM analysis. Correlational statistical methods were applied to determine whether the variables of Transformational Leadership, Interpersonal Communication and Personality had a positive relationship with Teacher Performance. SITOREM analysis was used to determine the order of priority and recommendations for improvement of the necessary indicators. The results of research on 5 State Madrasah Aliyah in Bogor Regency showed that all variables were positively related to teacher performance.
