Education is a determining sector for creating complete human beings, namely humans who have balance and intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence in living life. When a person wants to achieve this balance, he must be nourished by physical, cientific and iptritual needs. If all three needs are met, then a person will have a strong rest tance to the d namics of life, challenges, and high endurance in facing obstacles and difficulties in his life. Ba ed on preliminary research, it is known that the performance of private junior high school teachers in Depok ity has teacher performance probl ms, namely that the teacher's performance ha not been achieved accordin to the tar et. th for r earch is needed to obtain informati non variables related to teacher perfi rm n .This study aims to find effort to o r me t ch r performance problems by knowing the trength of the variables that are thou ht ta ct teacher performance. In this case, it is the organizational climate, ra iformati nal ad hip and obstacles both individually and together with the related variabl n m II t acher performance. The research population consisted of all permanent teachr. from pri ate junior high schools (GTY) in Depok City. The sampling technique used Multistage Proportional Randam Sampling, and the Slavin formula was used to determine the number of samples in order to obtain 186 samples. The results of
