Peningkatan Etos Kerja Melalui Penguatan Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompetensi Pedagogik Dan Motivasi Kerja Guru (Studi Analisis Jalur Dan SITOREM Pada Guru SMA Swasta Di Kota Bogor)
This study aims to determine the efforts to improve the work ethic of teachers through a study of the direct influence of transformational leadership variables, pedagogic competence, and work motivation. The selected sample amounted to 246 people using stratified proportional random sampling with the Taro Yamane formula. This study uses a survey method with a path analysis approach followed by Sitorem analysis. The results of this study conclude that: (1) There is a direct influence of transformational leadership on the work ethic of teachers with a value of βz1 = 0.178., (2) There is a direct influence of pedagogic competence on the work ethic of teachers with a value of βz2 = 0.216., (3) There is a direct influence work motivation on the work ethic of teachers with a value of βz3 = 0.519., (4) There is a direct influence of transformational leadership on work motivation with a value of βy11 = 0.384., (5) There is a direct influence of pedagogic competence on work motivation with a value of βy12 = 0.134., (6) There is an indirect effect of transformational leadership on work ethic through work motivation with a value of βzy1x1 = 0,19. (7) There is an indirect effect of pedagogic competence on work ethic through work motivation with a value of βzy1x2 = 0,06 The results of the SITOREM analysis show that the indicators that are still weak and need to be improved are; 1).Inspiration, 2).Intellectual, 3).Individual consideration, 4).Understanding of students, 5).Design and implementation of learning 6).Evaluation of learning outcomes. 7). Sense of security and 8).Persistence level
