Penguatan Kepemimpinan Transpormasional, Pemberdayaan, Motivasi Kerja Dan Iklim Lingkungan Dalam Upaya Peningkatan Kinerja Guru (Studi Empiris Menggunakan Path Analysisv Dan Analisis SITOREM Pada Guru SMK Negeri Di Kota Bogor)
In general, the purpose of this study is to analyze the improvement of teacher performance through identifying the strength of direct and indirect influence between transformational leadership, empowerment, work motivation, and environmental climate on improving the performance of PNS teachers in State Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Bogor City. This study uses path analysis, namely research using quantitative methods to analyze the strength of the direct influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables and the indirect effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables through intervening variables. Data collection in quantitative research was carried out by distributing questionnaires (google form format) and then analyzed using linear regression analysis and significance and Sobel test supported by statistical descriptions. The population in this study were 241 civil servant teachers spread over four public vocational high schools (SMK) in the city of Bogor, the method used was survey technique on 151 respondents as the research sample. The research design and constellation using correlational research flow are then analyzed through the analysis of Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research in Education Management (SITOREM). This study proves that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of exogenous variables either directly or indirectly through intervening variables on endogenous variables (teacher performance); (2) The strategy is implemented through improving teacher performance variables, transformational leadership, empowerment, work motivation and environmental climate, strengthening priority indicators for improvement of 10 indicators and 18 indicators being maintained through educational webinar activities (action plans) to all research sample teachers and other teachers who participated in the webinars.
