Peningkatan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Melalui Pengembangan Kepemimpinan Melayani Dan Kreativitas: Studi Empirik Menggunakan Pendekatan Korelasional Dan Analisis SITOREM Pada Guru SMK PGRI Di Kabupaten Bogor
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is individual behavior that is manifested on its own individual will (voluntary), cooperative traits, likes to help and pay attention to others, serious work. by the formal rewards system that applies in the organization. OCB is very necessary because it can increase the effectiveness of the organization, because OCB is able to influence the social aspects of the organization, such as teamwork, communication and other interpersonal skills. From the initial survey, it was seen that OCB, a private teacher at SMK PGRI in Bogor Regency, was not as expected, meaning "das sein" unlike "das sollen". Therefore, this OCB is interesting to study. This study aims to find efforts to improve organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through a review of the relationship between research variables, namely the relationship between serving leadership and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), the relationship between creativity and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and the relationship between organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) together with service leadership and teacher creativity. The study was conducted using correlational statistical methods to determine whether other variables, namely service leadership and creativity, had a positive relationship with OCB. Based on these results, an analysis was then carried out using the Sitorem Method to reduce recommendations and determine the order of priorities for repairs that needed to be done. The study was conducted on Private Teachers of PGRI Vocational Schools in Bogor Regency with a population of 289 and a sample of 168 teachers.
